Hello, I’m Yura Kang, a multidisciplinary designer and visual storyteller passionate about creating work that connects people and sparks conversation. My practice includes graphic design, illustration, video, and data visualization, all driven by storytelling and a strong visual language.

I explore themes of identity, culture, and belonging, using my work to amplify marginalized voices and bridge diverse perspectives. Growing up in South Korea, Vietnam, China, and the UK, I draw from my experiences in spaces where cultures and identities intersect. This global perspective informs my practice, combining hands-on craftsmanship with bold experimentation to create immersive and impactful designs.

As an artist and exhibition installer, I’ve helped bring creative visions to life in gallery spaces, ensuring every detail supports the intended narrative. Through thoughtful design, playful visuals, and collaborative projects, I aim to inspire, comfort, and challenge, fostering deeper connections through art and design.
